    - During the installation, if the device gets stuck on booting, users can perform wipe cache partition and wipe dalvik before rebooting the phone.

Tutorial1. Download Android 5.0 Lollipop ROM for Micromax A116 Canvas Hd from link below :
The ROM File size is 128 MB, so I split the file into 3 parts :
    ROM Part 1 : http://goo.gl/7pyL97
    ROM Part 2 : http://goo.gl/ffHU2x
    ROM Part 3 : http://goo.gl/l1zKh5
To combine 3 parts files above into 1 file just use WINRAR, then extract the files into ZIP format. If any problem with the ROM, maybe because the ROM have corrupted during the download process, you can try to re-download the ROM.

    2. Install the ROM Manager on your Micromax A116 Canvas Hd . Get it from Google Play Store, then install the clockwork mod recovery. You also can use ROM Installer application from JRummy Apps Inc.(Get it from Google Play Store).
    3. Connect your Micromax A116 Canvas Hd to your PC employing the USB information cable. Copy the “ROM.zip” file you downloaded to the SD memory card.

  • Earlier today, we talked about how LG was gearing up to release Android 5.0 Lollipop for its flagship LG G3. The upcoming update, which is slated to reach consumer devices in Poland later this week, is undoubtedly in the final stages of preparation and testing. But since it’s so close to release, you may be wondering where exactly are the leaks. Well folks, a leaked firmware has now surfaced for the F400S variant of the LG G3.

Today’s leaked firmware comes courtesy of XDA Senior Member timmytim, who mirrored and posted the KDZ on the forums. The firmware is only compatible with the F400S variant of the LG G3, but you can start placing your bets as to when the firmware will be ported to other variants. At this point, users are generally reporting success with the leaked build, but as always, be cautious when flashing, and most certainly do not attempt to flash this directly on any device other than the F400S.

If you own an LG G3 F400S and you wish to get in on the update, and/or you wish to try and port it to other variants, head over to the LG G3 Android Lollipop Leak thread to get in on the action.

  • You pick up your phone and say “OK Google”... and then what? Your phone is listening. The microphone icon is pulsing. What do you say to your phone? What can you say to it? Google Now’s voice function has become surprisingly robust over the years.

Here’s a list of just about everything you can say to Google Now. Try experimenting with different phrasing, you’ll be surprised how much it understands. The part of the phrase in [brackets] can be replaced with any similar term you choose.

If Google Now doesn’t get your spoken commands right, you can correct it by saying “No, I said...” and trying the phrase again.

  • Google Maps is now easier on the eyes, and its latest update packs some cool new features, too.

Google announced Wednesday it’s upgrading Maps on both Android and iOS with its Material Design scheme, which features bigger images, bolder colors, more textures, and deeper shadows. It’s the same style that recently hit Gmail, Chrome, and other key Google apps recently.
The update isn’t just about upgrading the app's look. If you’re looking to grab some food, you’ll be able to make a reservation inside the app through a new connection to OpenTable. There’s also deeper integration with Uber; Google Maps will show you estimated fares and launch you directly into the Uber app if it’s installed on your device.

Google says the update should hit the App Store and Google Play over the next few days. It’s optimized for phones and tablets on both platforms. Android users who don’t want to wait for the update can download the APK from sites like Android Police.

The impact on you: Material Design is coming your way whether you use Android or iOS. Google’s design language features a more colorful and elegant interface that is much easier to navigate. Google is seeking to unify the look and feel of its applications regardless of platform. An example is the new Inbox app, which looks and functions nearly identically on Android, Chrome, and iOS.
